Our process begins with an initial consultation via phone, virtual or in person; this will help us establish your requirements and understand the purpose of your event and what you are seeking to achieve.
During the consultation, we would discuss the brief in detail - your location requirements (in personal or a virtual event) and all other key logistics to ensure everything is considered before making a final decision. We will provide a detailed proposal to ensure you are informed of all venue/technical capabilities so there are no surprises further down the line. Our mission is to find the perfect fit for you.
Once the venues have been shortlisted, we then arrange site visits to experience what each has to offer. This will include venue tour, menu tastings, overnight stay, meeting in person with the venue staff and experiencing the delegate journey.
When the venue is confirmed and other suppliers involved within your event have been selected, we will conduct a final site visit to ensure we are all on the same page and action outstanding queries.
The next and final steps are with us - we will bring all of this together - we are with you from concept to completion.
